UniPickLotto ("we", "our", or "us") operates the UniPickLotto mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

UniPickLotto is designed to respect your privacy. The App operates primarily without requiring any personal information.

• No account required: You do not need to create an account to use UniPickLotto.
• Local storage only: Your app preferences, generated number sets you choose to save, and your Pro upgrade status are stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to this data.
• No location data: We do not collect or store your location.
• No personal identification: We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifying information through the App itself.

Subscriptions

If you choose to upgrade to Pro ($2.99/month or $24.99/year), the subscription is processed entirely by Stripe. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment or card information. Stripe's privacy policy governs any data collected during checkout and billing.

Advertising

The free tier of UniPickLotto displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. AdSense may collect certain device information and usage data to serve relevant ads. This data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. Pro users see no advertisements.

Analytics

We may use anonymized, aggregated analytics to understand general app usage patterns (such as how many times the generate button is tapped). This data cannot be used to identify individual users.

Children's Privacy

All data generated by the App is stored locally on your device. We implement no server-side storage of personal user data. Your device's own security features protect any locally stored App data.

Does UniPickLotto improve my odds of winning?

No. UniPickLotto maximizes how many different numbers your tickets cover — it does not change the mathematical probability of winning the jackpot. Eight valid lottery lines have the same jackpot odds regardless of how numbers are distributed. What UniPickLotto eliminates is wasted duplicate coverage across your tickets.

How does the free tier work?

Free users get 2 generates per draw day, on both Lotto 6/49 and Lotto Max, forever — no trial period, no expiry. Lotto 6/49 draw days are Wednesday and Saturday; Lotto Max draw days are Tuesday and Friday.

What does Pro include?

Pro unlocks: 3 generates every draw day (vs. 2 free), 6 and 7 selections on Lotto Max (vs. 5 on free), saved sets, and no ads. Pro is $2.99/month or $24.99/year, billed through Stripe. Cancel anytime.

I don't see my Pro status after upgrading. How do I fix it?

Pro status activates automatically right after checkout completes. If it didn't unlock, try refreshing the page. Still stuck? Email us at unipicklotto@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout and we'll sort it out.

What are the current Lotto Max rules used in the app?

UniPickLotto uses the current Lotto Max format as of April 2026: numbers 1–52, with 7 numbers per selection. Draw days are Tuesday and Friday.

The app says it's not a draw day. Can I still generate numbers?

Yes. The app works any day of the week. On non-draw days it runs in demo mode so you can test it anytime. The draw-day counter only advances on actual draw days (Wednesday/Saturday for 649, Tuesday/Friday for Lotto Max).

How do I cancel or get a refund?

Your Stripe receipt email includes a link to manage or cancel your subscription anytime — no fees for cancelling. For refund requests, email us at unipicklotto@gmail.com and we'll take care of it directly.

Pro ($2.99/month or $24.99/year) is a recurring subscription processed through Stripe. All payments are subject to Stripe's terms and conditions. You can cancel your subscription at any time using the link in your Stripe receipt email; cancelling stops future billing but does not retroactively refund past charges except where required by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to circumvent the freemium system, reverse engineer the App, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer of Warranties

UniPickLotto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any generated number sets will result in lottery prizes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UniPickLotto and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
